Ordered a game 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been sent. I called today to find out why and was told that it would be investigated. I asked how I cancel an order because I couldn't see any way to cancel it on the site and the girl on the other end just started talking over me, saying "I can cancel it. I can cancel it now. Do you want me to cancel it?" I thought this was very rude so I just said yes, cancel it. I was just looking for some information on how to cancel if I wanted to in future. This customer service rep has needlessly lost a sale for the site. So, using this site for this item has been a waste of time. The annoying thing is that, in the 3 weeks since I ordered it from 365, it has become much harder to find and more expensive. If I'd just ordered it from somewhere else, I'd have it by now at a better price. Lesson learned. From now on, I'll only use 365games if there's no other option.

Quick delivery, well packaged, which is essential when it comes to vinyl. Quality item, never had a problem before with 365games and don’t expect to in future.

It took them 15 days to email me and say that an item I ordered wasn't available and that they ran out of stock.

In a previous order an item was lost and they were slow to resolve it with outdated, laborious processes.

If you can avoid ordering here, choose another business that can more effectively communicate problems and ensure your items actually arrive.
